The Kainai Food Bank, which has become well established over recent years and has become a credible and viable Tribal operation, feeding a growing number of Kainai families and individuals.

Goals:

By ensuring we produce alternative methods of educating our people to become self-sufficient in all aspects of sustenance.

Objectives:

To promote nutrition by adhering to the Canada Food Guide and the Aboriginal Natural Food Guide.

To promote counseling awareness in budgeting, food planning through workshops.

To provide emergency food to the Blood Tribe Members.

To create awareness on how the community can become in Community Garden Project.
